- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
** If you need installation service only, contact us for a quick quote. ** Because our products are custom made to order, we will need to provide a custom quote for you. We can provide you a free quote (usually the same day) once we have all necessary measurements and products selected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend setting up a no-pressure in-home consultation for a seamless experience. This will allow us to walk you through our products, options, and samples, discuss design ideas, as well providing us the opportunity to take laser measurements. Once we identify the perfect blinds/shades for your home, we'll email you a detailed quote with pricing for each product. The num If you like our bid, we ask for a 50% deposit to push the order to begin fabrication; the remaining balance is due when we install. We take care of everything from start to finish for an effortless experience!

Aura Shades is owned and operated by a family that has been in the industry for nearly 2 decades.
