FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every event is unique, I decide pricing once I have a general scope of the details, length of the event, and necessary staff and/or travel. Generally, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required, but only following our agreement of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like with pricing, every event and client are unique and there is certainly always room for improvement. For general inquiries, I will assess the details of your event and any specifics requested to generate a personalized quote tailored to your needs. From this point on, we can delve into smaller details to create and finalize a refined plan. My goal is to be as involved or as little involved as you prefer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I highlight my 10 years of bartending, my tenure in the food and beverage industry stretches back four years prior. I have worked nearly every position in the field, ranging from hostess to assistant bar manager, and in differing environments, from a Big 10 college bar to the beautiful Kankakee Country Club. The one thing that remains consistent is the people and the goal: creating memorable experiences, something I am trying to cultivate in my own setting. In May of 2016, I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in journalism. My education reinforced prioritizing, attention to detail, and accountability, all of which I have been able to apply to my personal business.
