- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC determines performance price by charging a total of $185.00 per hour performed and $0.50 per mile traveled; unless discussed otherwise. 2.) The client will be responsible for submitting any performance requests/adjustments no later than 1 month prior to the performance date; unless discussed otherwise. 3.) If rescheduling or cancellation of the performance date occurs within 1 month of the initial date agreed upon by both Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC and the client, the total performance price must be paid to Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC IMMEDIATELY. Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC agrees to honor payment for rescheduled performance. 4.) Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC will arrive an hour prior to the agreed upon performance start time to accommodate for travel, appropriate preparation and set up time. Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC will bring their manager to further ensure proper performance preparation as well as swift setup/breakdown. 5.) Thorough communication between Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC and the client will be expected on performance day. The client’s failure to communicate with Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC upon their scheduled arrival an hour before performance start time will result in full payment as well as performance cancellation. 6.) Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC will require a reliable power source while bringing all other sound/lighting/music equipment needed. Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC will not be liable for any gear malfunctions due to insufficient power provided by the client. 7.) Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC agrees to provide musical entertainment for the agreed upon timeframe and will end live performance per the agreed upon end time with some additional time for set breakdown. Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC will be entitled to a 10 minute break after the first 60 minutes of live performance and a 15 minute break after each 120 minutes of live performance to follow. 8.) Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC is not liable for performance delays/ interruptions due to: Weather, Patrons, Alternate Noise/Sound Pollution etc. 9.) Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC will provide the ability to give tips during the live performance 10.) If the client or guests wish to make any inquiries, comments or compliments, the manager will be seated nearby providing effortless communication. 11.) A non-refundable deposit totaling one third of the entire performance price will be required once Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC has been hired to perform. The client’s final payment should be made in full promptly following live performance end time unless discussed otherwise. Payment may be made via: CASH, VENMO, PAYPAL, CASH APP or ZELLE. 12.) Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC agrees to provide live performance per the agreed upon timeframe. If Sherrill Sound & Vision LLC surpasses the agreed upon timeframe per the client’s request, an amount of $185.00 per additional hour of live performance will be added to the initial agreed upon performance price.

Graduating from the Musicians Institute with an Associates in ‘Guitar Theory’ as well as ‘Audio Engineering’ and having ultimately over 20 years of experience in musical entertainment; all resulting in the ability to continuously perform across the United States as well as successfully teaching students of all ages, at any learning stage.
