I had a deck and a 19 inches of concrete demolition job that I knew would not be easy. Arius was patient with me while I selected a contractor to do my job. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond providing all information I requested. He bid the job reasonably and I went with Two men and a hammer. They did the job quickly and did a wonderful job. Arius walked the project with me to make sure it was up to standard. It was important to him that I was satisfied with the job. They did a great job, left the place clean and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Arius and his team were great. They were on time, worked extremely hard and turned a three day job into two days. The entire team was friendly and professional and what I asked for I received even if it meant more work for them. They even came back free of charge after the job was finished because the dumpster company was having issues hauling the dumpster away. All around great experience from 2 Men and a Hammer

Arius and his crew did a great job removing brick, siding, and windows from the front of my house. He was very punctual with an estimate and performed the job exactly to my specifications. He left the dumpster on site for an additional day to enable us to put other demolition debris in it. I will definitely hire him again for my next job.

Arius and his team did a great job removing almost 500 square feet of floor tile and subfloor. The team was polite, respectful and appreciative. They worked their tails off for 9 hours and only stopped once for lunch. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house in great shape. I would highly recommend these guys for any demo projects you might have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
they should know that all bids are negotiable. i will work with clients to come up with something and get the job done. generally I charge by square footage
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
working on new projects would first require a walk thru so we can determine the scope of work needed then estimate and finally a contract that will let the customer know exactly what they are getting to the letter
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a certified asbestos supervisor and have been doing demolition for a number of yrs
