- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge any additional fees on top of the standard appraisal fee which can range anywhere from $400-1000 depending on the size of the home and the distance traveled. Currently, I am willing to offer 20% off of non-lender appraisals. Keep in mind, I do not perform Commercial Appraisals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. If possible, meet with you to discuss exactly what you are looking for. 2. Perform an observation of your real estate 3. Research comparable properties to provide accurate market value 4. Analyze your specific market to determine market trends 5. After all data is analyzed thoroughly, we use appraisal technologies to make market derived adjustments in order to form a credible opinion of fair market value 6. Once the report is written, we provide you and/or the appropriate individual with a copy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Political Science and I have over two decades of real estate experience.
