Jimmy is the master plumber you've even looking for at a fair price! I've worked with many contractors and Jimmy kept to his word and even showed up after hours to assist with a bathtub install, this is very hard to find right now! I highly recommend Jimmy and Colorado Plumbers Guild.

Awesome guy - I was amazed by him and his help UNTIL he took over a week to get me a bid on a simple project but sent the invoice for the bid right away - then gave me attitude when I didn’t take the bid and refused to be professional and bid out other projects for me. After a whole speech about “being professional and whatever bid I choose he understands”. He’s a good salesman - but be weary.

This is pretty dissapointing to read, Zach. I met with you on Sunday 1/30 to discuss your project. We came up with a game plan and gave you a verbal ballpark for the project. You informed me that your new gas range wouldn't be delivered until 2/14 so we had plenty of time for the project. You suggested an easier way to perform the project and I produced an estimate on the morning of Wednesday 2/2 to include all materials and labor. I followed up with you today to see if you wanted to proceed with the project and if you had any questions or comments; you then informed me that you went with someone else. I thanked you for the opportunity and wished you good luck on your future projects. This review you left me is inaccurate; I never gave you a speech, attitude, nor reprimanded you for your right to choose other contractors. I aim for customer satisfaction and to produce realistic expectations with quality installs, not to disappoint my customers and leave them dissatisfied. You were very friendly until this review and I'm sorry you feel I somehow wronged you or tried to mislead you.
