Free estimates 5% Senior citizen discount 5% Military discount (senior and military can't be combined)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call to set up a convenient time with our customer and offer a 2 hour time window for arrival. We inspect and determine what needs to be done to get the job done right and give our estimates upfront. If we miss something on our end and have already started the job you don't pay a penny more than agreed upon price. Customer pays after service is complete and is done 100% to their satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always been pretty handy and have always enjoyed working with my hands and fixing things from home projects to car repairs. I then got into plumbing in 2012 and have never looked back!
