For first time clients, there is a non-refundable Convenience Fee of $100, and is not applied to the final cost of your trip. The Convenience Fee (or the Plan-to-Go fee for first-time clients) is the green light I’ll need to authorize the official start of the planning process. Are you a group? Then a non-refundable Convenience fee of $200+ (dependent upon the size of the group & the requests) will be applied. If you find that working with me as your luxury travel advisor has been a rewarding experience, please do tell your friends, family and colleagues about me. Should they decide to work with me I will gift you a gift card of $100!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with filling out a travel form. Where we get to know each other and how we can best serve your wants and desires. We are a full-service agency that offers contracted fares, more perks because we are higher tiered. We offer destination guidance, local assistance, 24-hr peace of mind, and are very hands-on from this consultation process, throughout your journey and well beyond your return. You can tell by how much time & care we put into our trips. It is this luxury personal care that we invest in our travel family & that is what separates us from all the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced travel agent with remarkable qualifications, including but not limited to a diploma from Ashworth College, that makes me one of the best in the field. I also have degrees in wedding and event planning/coordinating and destination weddings from QC Event School. In order to offer the best service for clients of all statures and make family vacations a dream come true, I sought my opportunity with Disney College and Universal Special Agent Training and received a diplomas them as well.
