- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Estimates & Inspections - We never charge a fee to come in look over the job. Call us for that second estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we connect initially over the phone and depending on the urgency of the situation we will either set an appointment that works for you or will be at the property within the hour. We do a visual inspect the property effected by water or mold damage. We present the free estimate along with the scope details of the work we are providing the estimate for and answer any questions. First day on the job we do the clean up and any needed demolition of affected areas. We may, depending on the project needs, leave equipment to dry out the impacted area for 3 to 5 days. For dry outs, the Techs will return daily to monitor progress and remove once all has returned to controlled dryness levels. Payment is due at the end of service for self pay. For insurance claims we will work directly with your insurance company for payment.
