- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Plumb Rite charges an inspection fee. This fee is to determine the best repair and give an accurate price for the services that are needed. ( We will WAIVE the fee if you accept our options for repair or replacement. ) We use the Flat Rate Pricing System. Our quoted pricing includes Labor Hours, Materials that is calculated into the price of the repair or service. If we go over on the job in time that was estimated on our quote, We Do Not Charge Extra. We offer a Senior and Military discounts to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a business owner, its my responsibility to listen to my customers concerns and help guide them in the repair process. As a business we must have the integrity and take the extra effort to make sure our customers are satisfied with our Services and Products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working for a Professional Plumbing Company in 2009. In the 9 years I learned Commercial and Residential Plumbing Services. I also learned Customer Service Skills, Trouble Shooting, Plumbing Systems and Sprinkler Systems. Drain Cleaning and Sprinkler System maintenance and repair.
