I had a small home in Thornton to stage plus it backed to a busy street so it was essential to showcase the best of the property with quality staging. Desiree and her team were prompt and they provided beautiful staging. We ended up with 3 offers the first weekend and sold for $15k over list price. I swear by staging and will certainly turn to Desiree and her team again in the future.

After spending tens of thousands to make my home sell-ready, the money I paid to Laguna Home Staging might give me the best ROI When one of the contractor did not finish the work on time, Desiree had to came back after hour to finish it up. Staging the condo for sale was the right decision! Desiree and her daughter did an amazing job. I couldn't believe the transformation from blank walls to an elegant and appealing interior! I took her advice on adding white floral for the front door entry and sunroom. She used a couple pieces of our furniture (bed and lamp) and encouraged me to add a couple of my accents. Though I'm still waiting for an offer, the money spent was well worth it and I would recommend Laguna Staging in a heartbeat!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved interior design, when I put my house on the market for years ago my realtor was contacted by HGTV House hunters. The comment I got was they fell in love with the way the home was staged and it was exactly what they were looking for as an option in their show. When I met with the producer to do the walk-through of my house she asked who did we use to stage the home and I told her I did it myself. She was very complementary and sad if you’re not doing this for a living you should think of changing careers. That’s where it all started.
