- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and transparent pricing. Every project is different, so I provide upfront estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and labor. No hidden fees, no surprises—just honest pricing. I also offer discounts for larger jobs, repeat customers, and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have a conversation about your project—what you need, your budget, and your timeline. Then, I assess the job in person to provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the work and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction before wrapping up. Communication is key, so I keep you updated throughout the process. An onsite estimate is most of the time a very necessary, pictures are very appreciated but we kindly ask that you refrain from asking for a full price estimate or range based just only off pictures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the construction and home improvement industry for years, gaining hands-on experience in everything from framing and carpentry to roofing, siding, and flooring. I’ve worked with skilled tradesmen, learned the best techniques, and keep up with the latest materials and methods to ensure quality results.
