FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any new customer that comes into the fold will need to fill out a liability waiver, and a questionnaire to help me better understand you body and how I can help you. These are required prior to any sessions, virtual or in-person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am so excited to work with you! My personal wellness philosophy is that mindful movement should be affordable, accessible, and fun. I want to help people thrive in their daily lives, hobbies, and work by providing quality yoga classes both in-person and online. I've spent over a decade in the fitness and wellness industry, and hold degrees in both Kinesiology & Nutrition from Arizona State University. I also received my 200hr RYT in 2017, and have been practicing yoga on and off for nearly 20 years. My passion is teaching people to love and trust themselves through mindful movement, and I'm so honored to be your guide!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up as an athlete, I always knew I wanted a career that kept me moving. I found my way to Kinesiology in college and studied the movement of the body. It was through movement that I found my confidence and my voice, and wanted to teach others to find that too. Movement is a catalyst for community and confidence and that's why I love doing what I do!
