- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We respond to residential and commercial water, sewage, mold, and fire damage emergencies immediately, day or night. There is no charge for us to assess damages. Our pricing is industry standard and is most often paid by your insurance company. If you don't have insurance or have questions about whether your insurance will cover particular damages, please give us a call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within one hour, we are typically at your home or business, doing a thorough inspection using specialized equipment. That service is free. Then we can either give you an estimate, or when insurance is covering damages, or you authorize us to start, we can get to work immediately to help minimize damages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician at Water Damage Restoration. Tech is IICRC certified. The owner is a certified Water Damage Expert with over a decade working to resolve every kind of flooding, sewage, mold, and fire damage situation.
