I am a veteran, a former cop, and a former member of Team USA along with competing professionally. Alex is a true professional and master at her craft. She is extremely adaptable to life situations, injuries, etc. I have had many coaches in the past but none more knowledgeable, personable, and responsive as her. My son and I are excited to continue training and helping Alex grow her business.

Where do I even start! Alex is awesome. She puts a great emphasis on form and technique. Her level of attention to detail is second to none. She’s smart and extremely knowledgeable in the art of boxing. Her program is run efficiently for both beginners and advanced learners. She will motivate you; she will push you. For every session, she will give you a new golden nugget to add to your technique. I tell everyone to buy hand wraps to start and then we go from there!

I am an IBA certified coach for USA Boxing. I am one of the high performance coaches for USA Boxing at the Olympic Training Center
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was cross-training for basketball! I just fell in love with it and never looked back!
