Becoming MRP-Certified involves extensive training in the unique home buying and selling needs of active service members and veterans. My training covers: – Knowledge of housing options and resources available – Timing constraints – Requirements for VA financing including benefits and eligibility – Guidance through the rent, buy or sell decision making process as it applies to relocation and the current market of the area 2. CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE PRICING SPECIALIST (C-REPS) The Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist designation is earned and maintained by members of NABPOP. Members of NAPBOP who pass the stringent BPO Certification test earn the designation. The NABPOP BPO training course teaches proper pricing and valuation techniques and how to evaluate and analyze real estate markets to ensure a high level of valuation and pricing accuracy.We are the most qualified Agents and Brokers to perform residential pricing and valuations. C_REPS are as accurate as Appraisers according to the NABPOP.org, as appraisers mostly rely on our expertise and will call on us to ask our opinion as well. 3. REALTOR® Did you know there is a difference between a Realtor® and a real estate agent? Not all real estate agents are Realtors®. The word Realtor® is a trademark referring to someone who is an active member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) in the United States that takes an oath to uphold a higher ethical standard than your average real estate agent, and are required to take yearly continuing education courses on topics relevant to real estate industry and changes.
