Get the ear of a performer as well as a tuner! Visit my YouTube channel: Danny Byram. I have performed on 5 continents and tuned pianos in the US and abroad since 1987. My clients: Loveland Rialto Theater, Ft Collins Symphony, numerous churches and over 900 clients on Colorado’s Front Range including show business people in Burbank CA, say their instruments never sounded better! Almost weekly I hear about piano tuners who are rude. Not me! I love meeting new friends and music lovers. Each piano I tune is also a new friend. I feel I know each one personally, their tone, feel, quirks, and history. I tune pianos from Ft Collins to Colorado Springs. I tune for the Rialto Theater, Ft Collins Symphony, and the Lincoln Center. I have been contracted for artists like Peter Kater, George Winston, Chris Botti.

I can’t recommend Danny enough. He did amazing work, was very knowledgeable about pianos, he even taught me some history about my inherited piano! He did quick work and left my piano sounding perfect. I can’t wait to hire him again for a retune this Autumn!

Thoroughly enjoyed meeting Danny. He was very responsive when scheduling a tuning for our upright. He texted the day of to give firm timing for the appointment and showed up on time. Danny took the time to explain what he was doing to the piano which was so exciting to our daughter. Once he was complete we were lucky enough to hear him playing some tunes as a test. Danny also gave us some tips for future tuning. Our piano sounds the same it did the first day we had it delivered and tuned! I would highly recommend Danny for any piano needs after our experience with him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My start price is $195. Repairs start at $120/hr w a one hour minimum. I recommend a second tuning within 6 months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will be friendly, fun but professional. I like to ask lots of questions about customer's piano and history. Call me, we'll chat and get your piano on the schedule. I'll even play some of your favorites.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
50 years in the piano as a performer. Over 10 as a professional tuner and technician. I hold a Bachelor of Music degree (voice and piano).
