- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 per 60-min. session a la carte, with discounts according to how many sessions are purchased at one time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my client, his or her medical history and exercise background, and his or her goals. Then I perform posture analysis and, in some cases, cardiovascular fitness tests to determine where to begin their training. Each client is unique; the programs I create reflect that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with a certification as a Women’s Fitness Specialist and training in behavioral change. Additionally, I have been an athlete for over 17 years, focusing on biomechanics in running and nutrition for human performance.
