In the 15 months I have been going to Brianna, she has done more for me in this time than in my last 7 years of personal training in California. She has worked through and with me to address my “issues” giving me the confidence to keep training and gain strengthen around the issues, which of course leads to resolving them! Brianna is the best trainer that I have ever worked out with. I have met my goals of weight loss, and building muscle. I was skeptical at first but the experience has been extremely rewarding! I would recommend her for anyone looking for weight loss or just getting in better shape.

Brianna is a fantastic physical trainer! She has a wide background and knowledge to pull from. This makes her extremely flexible and able to work with all kinds of needs. She keeps the exercises engaging so that you don't get burned out on repetition. She will also adapt exercises to your personal needs and help you develop habits necessary to keep exercising even when you no longer need her services. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Cannot say enough good things about Brianna! She creates individualized workouts that start by building a foundation and moving up week by week. She checks in and holds you accountable and keeps everything varied so it is never boring. If there are areas you want to target she will ensure they are incorporated into the workouts. Always promptly on time and gets you going right away. We can't wait to sign up for a second program with her!
