Hi, I am Liz Kelly with Redefining Spaces. I am a certified professional organizer and closet designer in the greater Las Vegas and Colorado Springs areas. I help minimize and prioritize belongings and establish systems so others can focus on what is truly important and maintain their space with ease. Liz is very kind and has a great memory. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication on organizing and packing for my move. Things were packed in a dirty bathroom trash can without a liner, a piece of Jewlery was placed in a box, boxes were taped 3 times on top blocking handles to lift. When I brought to her attention that my instructions were not followed in what to pack, or expressed a complaint directly to her, no compensation was offered for errors. I think she did a good job being accommodating and listened to my needs overall, but I will be using professional movers next time.
