I am a Certified Organizational Specialist. I would love to help you declutter and organize your space. I can also help with downsizing, packing/unpacking for a move, and storage unit move outs. I've spent a long time trying to find a professional organizer. They either didn't get back to me or were large teams wanting to do large spaces. I needed someone that was willing to work within my smaller spaces, at my pace and within my budget. I also needed help unpacking and getting rid of stuff. I am so glad I found Jackie! We recently moved into a much smaller home and I desperately needed help. She was willing to dive into our chaotic mess, organize, label and help us downsize. She started in our laundry room, pantry and kitchen. It's only been a few hours, but there's already been a big difference. I can't wait to bring her back to continue. it's such a heavy weight off my chest and unwound the knot in my stomach. I'm so thankful. I highly recommend Jackie - especially if you're dealing with traumatic brain injury and the fall out from that. She listens, she understands, she adapts, she cares and she's a professional. I'm looking forward to the future.

I have really enjoyed working with Jackie as we create a beautiful workspace for me! Oh my goodness, I've been so overwhelmed since moving to my home in July! I have some physical limitations and I was never able to completely unpack my belongings and figure out where to put them. It's just been a mess of half-open boxes surrounding my workspace. So embarrassing! Jackie has made me feel at ease and has made this process really understandable for me and she's given me some great organization ideas that I think will really work well with how I think. We've worked together twice so far and have both times come to a natural stopping point. She has suggestions and ideas, and has taught me tools, that will make my space be more naturally accessible to me. I'm confident that when we are done working together I'll be able to enjoy this space and tackle other projects in my home, successfully! Thank you Jackie!!!!

I contacted Dragonfly after living for years with ADHD organized chaos. Jackie came in and gave me THE MOST useful advice after assessing my organizing personality type. She set me up with a beginning system for bins and cleaning out stuff. I’ll definitely call her again after I finish the first tasks.
