- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should know that I do offer free, virtual, 30 minute consultations! I like to have clients meet me first, so they know my personality, and also can show me the space. During the consultation, I can answer all your questions, and give you an idea of how we can work together. I also want you to know in advance, that I have a 3 hour minimum for organizing services, and that I do ask you to pay for the first hour at the time of booking the slot. (Please note the deposit is non-refundable) I look forward to meeting you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. FREE Virtual Consultation- Answer all questions, present an agreement 2. Declutter with Client- Work side by side with client to remove anything from the space that no longer serves them! 3. Organize what's leftover- This can be done together or if you'd like me to work solo while you hang out and drink coffee, that works too!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been organizing since I was old enough to use my hands! I was 4 years old redoing my Grandma's pantry and never stopped. I have a love for organizing, an eye for it and the energy for it!
