- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Stephen Jones Services we try our best to better understand our customers & the reason why they need our help. This process for our new clients are but not limited to understanding the reason our customer's are looking for the type of work to be done, Has the customer took action before, Has our customer had a service before and how would they rate them. With our free quote and biding package this will help to better evaluate the customer's needs also help us connect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in my Uncles consignment store & was a janitor at Madison Square Garden located in New York City. In the consignment store we will help cleanout homes, Trash Removal, Move in, Move Out, Deliver our consignment store has been in business for over 15 years and I've been helping for 7 years& still standing strong. At MSG I started out cleaning and taking our trash for about 3 years when a VP notice my great work and how I performed he spoke to me and gave me great advice on building my own business.
