The team worked well together. I had the contents of a 4-bed house and a 10x15 storage room to move. It took 2 trucks and 2 days
As with all moves, items will get damaged. Don't think otherwise, things will get damaged. It took me 3 weeks to finally understand what was missing, broken, or damaged.
I appreciate the response from Herrera on the big item reimbursement.

So first off I need to let you know that Herrera Moving is a contractor of Apple moving.
I researched Apple and was a little bit worried about Lisa ******* one star review of her move. She was a 1000% wrong maybe Apple moving has some bad apples, but Herrera moving definitely doesn’t. They came in with a crew of 5 to deliver my 12 crates. Everything went smoothly and they were able to put all my furniture together despite having anything labeled in my parts box. Rob and his crew were so polite and courteous and were not afraid to ask questions along the way. Overall everything went great and at a great value. I’ll hire them again if I ever decide to leave Colorado Springs. I’d give them 10 stars if I could

My family of 5 were moving from Colorado Springs,Co to Fort Worth,TX.
We had our household goods (which turned out be 11000 lbs!) packed and loaded in 2 days! ( It was scheduled for 3) On the first day a crew of 4 showed up to pack.They were very professional
and polite. The window they gave me arrival was between 9-10am, but they gave me a courtesy call and let me know that they were on their way and showed up a little before 9, which was awesome. Miranda was lead and explained to me as we were doing the walkthrough of the house what could and couldn’t be packed. Leigh and her were very fast and efficient packers and their help ( Lici and Javier) were very thorough and made the whole process go smoothly. They had the house packed in a little over 4 hours!
I was so happy I gave them all a good
tip. On the second day, I had the same experience. First a courtesy call asking if it was ok to show up a little early and
I was fine with that. Rob (lead) showed up with his crew Joe, Dylan and David.
They loaded their truck so fast it was insane and the way they carried my boxes on their backs was a first for me!
They got done around noon, which gave plenty of time to clean the house the rest of the day to prepare for inspection on the next day. I tipped them well also and was so pleased with the whole experience, this was the best move for me and I have moved 6 times prior with some problematic issues. All in all if you’re planning on moving in or out of the Springs, keep Herrera Moving in mind. They’re the best in the Springs!

Herrera moving moved me and my family last minute last year and made my life so much easier. They were very organized and finished everything before the kids came home from school. I'd use them again in a quickness and I appreciate their kindness and hard work.
