Sergio was here for and estimate. I cannot rate the value or work quality because I do not have a price yet and work is not done.
Sergio had great ideas, very professional, knowledgeable and he does need to get his guys opinion of a fix. It is to fix and older stucco patch. I will review when that happens.

They even took the initiative to kill some wasps they found up high on my house, purchasing the wasp killer themselves, a small but significant detail that really impressed me.One thing that stood out was the final walk-through with the owner and job supervisor.
