I understand things happen, but when they “happen” twice in a row it becomes unprofessional. I spoke with Jackie and Charles about my move out cleaning needs and hired them to meet me at the property on 3/13/25.
The woman they sent was there an hour before texting me to say she was finished and heading out. Then asks me to text her if I needed her to do anything else so “she wouldn’t get in trouble.”
I went to check it out after grabbing my kids from school and it most definitely wasn’t completed. The floors looked liked they were cleaned with dirty water, there were crumbs behind the microwave and the fridge, oven, bathroom, window seals and walls were never even touched.
I reached out immediately and was told someone would be there the next morning by 9:30am. At 9:40am I called to see where their employee was and Charles assured me she’d be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I call back to let them know she still wasn’t there and requested my deposit be refunded, which they did with no issues.
