- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of the condition of the property, and the amount of work required to get the interior into a clean and sanitary condition. Depending on the condition of the property, and the amount of time required, we can do either a flat fee, or an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer making a free site visit. A site visit allows us to view your desired work, assess what it is that needs to be done, and allows us to give you an accurate price quote so that's there's no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a real estate broker, and property manager for fifteen years. I've seen it ALL! We opened our janitorial company originally to service our annual and vacation rentals, and ultimately shifted to solely maintaining assets, instead of managing them.
