- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very cut and dry system. We do full line by line quotes so you get to see where every penny goes labor and equipment no whole room bids we want you to know where your money is going 100% of the time as I would want to know where mine was going as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally an initial phone or on-site consultation is the best place to start . I do on-site consultations at no cost for all my potential clients. After an initial phone or on-site consultation I send out an official proposal for the work to be completed. Upon proposal acceptance, I then schedule a convenient time for the client for installation and then get the work knocked out...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attend Industry specific trainings and classes. Always attend major trade conventions and meet-ups like Cedia, Rocky Mountain Audio Fest etc, Also have sales training certifications for Training Consumers as well as retail store employees on proper usage and features of products from just about every manufacturer that is a major consumer electronics manufacturer. Companies such as Sony, Panasonic, LG, Yamaha, Intel, Netgear, Linksys, U.R.C., Pioneer, Samsung ,etc...
