Poor communication and did not know how to do the job they said they knew how to do. They ended up not coming back to the job.

I am sorry that this was your experience Joseph. This is not how the Glow Bros team does business.
As far as the Govee installation, the team was very upfront with the fact that this was the first - explaining the killer deal we provided for the service. We all gotta start somewhere, right?
Now, the night before your appt, we had the Head of Operations go into DKA.. He has been in the ICU since but is expected to be home in time for Christmas, which we are all very thankful for.
My sincerest of apologies for the inconvenience. Again, this is not our norm! I would love to make this right for you. Please contact me directly to discuss a solution!
