- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to gain an understanding of the issue and when the problem started. With an in-home consultation, our technicians are trained to find the source of the problem then create a solution that is best for the customer. This can range from a simple tune-up to a more complex issue such as a need for an entirely new garage door. Our technicians will walk the customer through each step to ensure they have a high understanding of the situation and offer all options to resolve the problem. We will walk through each step and ensure the consumer has a great understanding of the situation and all options that are available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors.
