I have been doing this for a long time. I started out with humble beginnings and have slowly evolved towards doing bigger projects as I have grown my business. I have learned a tremendous amount about what it takes to not only do great work consistently, but also to listen to customers wants and needs. I think the best thing to do is to look at my reviews and a few of the pictures I have taken that represent what I am about and the quality of work you can expect from my company. I love creating things and having a sense of accomplishment about a finished project. I enjoy seeing happy faces when the project is finished.

They are the best in the business, especially with planning and design. The workmanship is amazing and they worked extremely hard to transform what was a barren and desolate back yard into a wonderful oasis. We will no doubt use them numerous times over the years for many other projects. Damon and Andy made sure everything was done very professional and on time. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we had hoped for. A++++

When my wife and I decided to hire a landscaper we were not sure of what we wanted to get done. We got on Thumbtack and started a project. We soon had three landscapers ready to give us a quote. Damon was the last one to be scheduled and third time is the charm. When Damon showed up we told him of what we wanted our finished yard to look like. He sent us an itemized quote showing what each aspect of the job would cost. With a grand total of about $3000 less than the other two quotes. When my wife and I saw the price we decided to do some of the work ourselves to save some money. We then got to the point where we had to move about 20 tons of rock to repair the weed paper and place rock where there used to be grass. I wore myself out over about a week of work. Rock is hard to move. We then decided to contact Damon again to get help with the rock. Damon responded very quickly and came out to give us a new quote. We agreed with his price and hired him to move all the rock for us. He got us scheduled and his team got to work within a couple of days. They worked very fast and made the rock area in our yard look better than we thought it could ever look. His team was very dedicated to the job and worked tirelessly. They are very polite and removed all trash from the job. The only indication that they were ever here is the new rock areas. Everything looks great. If you need some yard work done and want a respectful, personable team to do the work then contact DB Landscaping ASAP. PS. Damon is now taking credit card if that is the route you choose to go.

Every job varies. I like to see what the area looks like and getting measurements before figuring a price for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a day/time to meet and go over the project or talking over the phone first and getting their vision for how they want to make their yard look.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BS in biology and I actually took plant biology, biogeography, and general ecology and it actually does help with identifying and knowing how plants grow and die. I have done landscaping for a very long time and done a variety of big and small projects.
