FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined job by job, but is generally based on a time + materials model, with the hourly rate of $175. Additional fees may include the cost of electrical permits from the local building department. We offer a lifetime warranty on all workmanship (excluding electrical product warranties).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new customer starts with a phone call and analyzing the customer's needs by asking a few diagnostic questions. From there, we will determine if an on-site walk-through/estimate is necessary. Once an estimate is determined, we will email that proposal to the customer including a cost breakdown of time and materials. The customer then accepts or rejects the estimate, and we move forward with scheduling job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After studying at Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) Southern Colorado from 2018 – 2022, I earned my Journeyman's license in June 2022 and my Master Electrician license in September 2023 as well as my Electrical Contractor license in November 2023. With 6+ years of residential and commercial experience, I have completed over 1,500 diverse jobs on-time and with zero safety incidents. I gained comprehensive understanding of the electrical project lifecycle by working on projects including The Broadmoor’s IT offices, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway’s premises, Sacred Heart Catholic Church’s fellowship hall and offices, Colorado Golf Hall of Fame, Manitou Baked, and hundreds of residential projects ranging from the construction of new track homes to renovation of multi-million-dollar custom homes and spas.
