FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal injury cases, the smartest arrangement for the client is a "contingency fee." Under a contingency fee agreement, the lawyer agrees to be paid after the case is over and agrees that he will not be paid unless you win your case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with new clients either in person or over the phone, whichever is more convenient for the client. We also travel to hospital rooms or houses if you are too injured to come to our office. We gather as much information about your situation as possible. We then develop a plan for how to best deal with your problem. We answer any questions you have. If we are willing to take the case, we make the decision to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees from Stanford and the University of California, Davis. I worked for a judge during and after law school to learn the ins and outs of the court system. I then became a prosecutor for the District Attorney's Office in Colorado Springs, where I won many convictions and mastered the courtroom skills necessary to provide the finest legal representation possible.
