- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You an find a $50 off coupon on our website. Our prices are more affordable while still providing quality and professional work, a company advertising a low service charge does not mean they will ultimately be more affordable with a repair. We also offer a 10% discount for military, first responders, seniors, and students.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always the goal to have whatever is needed on hand during the initial diagnostic visit, however that’s not always possible as we may need parts that aren’t normally stocked. So a return visit is sometimes necessary to fix your appliance, we use a local parts distributor who stocks many parts we don't keep on hand. This makes same day repairs very achievable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience with many manufacturers, have taken their training and have been certified by them. We make sure to have all necessary resources to be able to accurately diagnose any problem you are experiencing.
