- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a Thumbtack discount on all bundled sessions. ** The pricing listed here is for professional services (public speaking, presentation skills, accent modification, dialect coaching) and not speech or langauge therapy**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an initial free 15 minute consultation over the phone to learn more about a client's needs, goals, and availability. After the consultation I establish a individualized service plan to give clients an idea of the process and order in which we will be working on various skills. Based on availability, once a session is scheduled, clients are sent documentation and practice policies as well as instructions for logging into my secure video conferencing platform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience. My specialized training gives me an expertise in communication. I have been trained, practiced, and stayed currently of evidence based best practices that lead to success for my clients. My background also provides me with insight into a variety of different learning styles which gives me the flexibility to adjust my program to meet individual client needs.
