- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For home organization and decluttering, the initial two-hour appointment is $150. After that, you can purchase service packages ranging from 5 hours for $375 to 20 hours for $1200. For home staging and styling/decorating, the initial two-hour consultation appointment is $250 and after that, we collaborate on what type of services and products you may need and customize the design fee and service time from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone call to discuss your needs on the project. Then we typically do an in-home (or virtual) consultation and designer advice session for about two hours. At the end of the appointment, we discuss whether more service time makes sense and set a plan for future collaboration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training and certifications in staging, decorating and organization from the Home Staging Resource. I also am completing an interior design certificate program through the Interior Design Institute. I spent over 25 years as a high school mathematics teacher as well.
