Introduction

Whether you are a busy parent, an empty nester or a busy professional, I'm here to partner with you to declutter, organize and style your home. I love collaborating with people to make their homes serene, organized, and fitting with their needs and style preferences. I work with what you already have and how you envision your space and then help you curate items to add to your organization and aesthetic needs, if desired. I can help you add decorative styling as we get your home organized and even help get your property staged and ready to sell. I am also available for interior holiday decorating to save you time and stress so you can focus on family and important events! I always start with a free discovery call to see if we're a good fit and then a we do a two-hour in-home session. I like to see your home, how you're living, and where your pain points seem to be before you pay for extra service time that you may not need. During the initial 2-hour session, we walk through the home together and talk more specifically about a plan. I'll offer as much expert advise as I can during that time, so if you're a DIYer, you can dive right in, and if you need more structured support from me, we have a better idea of what needs to be done. For smaller spaces, we can start the hands-on decluttering, organizing, or styling process during the initial two-hour session as well. I have several packages after the initial two-hour session, designed to fit your needs and budget.

Brooke is my HERO! She came in at a time I was completely overwhelmed and did not know where to start. I also had close to zero time to dedicate to the project myself. It was like she came in and took a huge weight off of me so I could do my work. She worked her magic all around us and created useable, realistic systems that have helped us keep things organized. Now, we know where everything goes, can find whatever we need, and don't end up continually buying things we already have because we don't know we have them! She is a gem and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

There are no word to express how much Brooke helped us. Not only did she get us organized but she set up a system that has been incredibly easy to maintain. I have struggled my entire life with wanting my space organized and manageable and have spent a lot of money and time attempting to achieve this. I have easily over 30 books on "getting organized" that have never worked and left me feeling embarrassed that I couldn't get my act together. I worked with Brooke on designing the layout for my living and dining rooms, and it was a truly refreshing and delightful experience. Brooke brought passion and commitment to the project, creating three design boards, including a 3D rendering. We then had a video meeting to go over the ideas, which I found very helpful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For home organization and decluttering, the initial two-hour appointment is $150. After that, you can purchase service packages ranging from 5 hours for $375 to 20 hours for $1200. For home staging and styling/decorating, the initial two-hour consultation appointment is $250 and after that, we collaborate on what type of services and products you may need and customize the design fee and service time from there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone call to discuss your needs on the project. Then we typically do an in-home (or virtual) consultation and designer advice session for about two hours. At the end of the appointment, we discuss whether more service time makes sense and set a plan for future collaboration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training and certifications in staging, decorating and organization from the Home Staging Resource. I also am completing an interior design certificate program through the Interior Design Institute. I spent over 25 years as a high school mathematics teacher as well.
