FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Deposit We require a 50% deposit for all jobs before starting work. This deposit helps cover the cost of materials and ensures that your project is scheduled and prioritized. We’ll provide a detailed quote that outlines the total cost, including labor and materials, so you know what to expect. 2. Hidden Fees? No, we believe in transparency. Our quotes are comprehensive and include all costs associated with your project, so there are no surprises. If any additional work is needed, we’ll discuss it with you and obtain your approval before proceeding. 3. Final Payment The final payment is due upon completion of the job. We ensure that you are satisfied with the work before settling the remaining balance. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and other common payment options for your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation It all starts with a conversation. We’ll discuss the details of your project, what you’re looking to achieve, and any specific needs or concerns you may have. This helps us understand the scope of the work and determine the best approach. 2. Clear, Upfront Pricing Once we’ve talked about the project, we’ll provide you with transparent pricing. You’ll receive a detailed quote that outlines the cost of labor, materials, and any other relevant factors, so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises. 3. In-Person Meeting and Walkthrough Next, I’ll come out to meet you in person and inspect the job site. During this visit, we’ll go over the project step-by-step. I’ll walk you through my process, explain what needs to be done, and give you a clear picture of what to expect in terms of timing, materials, and potential outcomes. 4. Proceeding with the Work Once everything is clear and agreed upon, we’ll either start the work immediately or schedule a time that works best for you. Whether it’s a quick fix or a more involved project, we make sure the process is smooth, efficient, and done with attention to detail. 5. Completion and Final Payment After the job is completed to your satisfaction, the remaining balance is due. I make sure to leave the work area clean and tidy, so you can enjoy the finished result right away.
