- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free, no-obligation estimates. We also offer bundled pricing, with discounts for additional items if the technician recommends them after their safety inspection. Our card processor imposes a small fee for use, so rather than wrap that into our prices like most companies quietly do, we accept cash or check and disclose the fee upfront. We are happy to compare a quote from another company that you’ve received and if material is comparable, beat their price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to provide a free, in person, no-obligation estimate from the initial point of contact. There’s no travel charge so you are given the opportunity to just have a full understanding of what repairs or replacements are needed. We have no hidden service fees whatsoever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade schooling and over a decade of experience in the industry.
