- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free, no-obligation estimates. We also offer bundled pricing, discounts for add-on items if the technician recommends them after their safety inspection, and military/senior discounts too! Our card processor imposes a small fee for use, so rather than wrap that into our prices like most companies quietly do, we accept cash or check and disclose the fee upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to provide a free, in person, no-obligation estimate from the initial point of contact. There’s no travel charge so you are given the opportunity to just have a full understanding of what repairs or replacements are needed. We have no hidden service fees whatsoever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade schooling and over a decade of experience in the industry.
