- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we price out floral design and event services separately, we require a deposit to reserve your date, with the balance due 10 days prior to your wedding. since many weddings are 6-12 months in planning, pricing can change due to numbers. we are clear on our flower prices, and all changes are made with our clients full knowledge and approval as they happen. we also provide full planning services from vendors to timelines, day of co ordination we do offer discount for blending services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we do not charge for consultations, it is our chance to meet personally and for me to give a very ACCURATE price quote. once we give pricing, we guarantee it. once we have a deposit, agreements are documented and updated as we go. final balance is due 10 days previous to your wedding. We communicate with all vendors our planning and day of option works very well for us and our brides. Because we are so involved with your vision, and the details of your wedding, our pre planning can be as extensive as site choice, timelines, ground transportation, ceremony planning, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i travel extensively and always visit flower markets and shops--holland, germany, france, the caribbean, Nepal we recently attended Floriade in holland, and Fleuramor in Belgium both premier design symposiums. we are also creating corporate events with fireworks, drone shows, entertainment, etc as well as decor
