My windows are shiny clean! Feels like a brand new house.The Palmershine team did a fantastic job from start to finish. This is the first house Ive owned and the first time having professionals clean windows, so I wasnt sure what to expect. The team did a great job letting me know what the process was, sharing pricing upfront, and scheduling. The day-of service is possibly the single best experience Ive had with a small business. They had a 2-person crew come out to do the windows for about 8 hours (we have 2 floors and a lot of windows) and they showed up on time and with plenty of updates before and after to let me know when they were route and when theyd finished. Payment was easy and smooth, and the team was friendly and helpful. 11/10, will call them next time I need help with windows or other home-related services.
