I used Margery’s service to clean a rental condo we had in Naples, FL. She did an excellent job. Renters would leave the condo in all different conditions. Margery always had it clean and spotless for the next guest. She was also a huge help in letting me know when there was an issue. As an example, once the water heater was leaking and she alerted me before there was big problem. Margery is very trustworthy, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend her.

Margery Southall Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my condo. Margery and her team were professional, thorough, and accommodating. No mater what the mess or how dirty the condo was, it sparkled after she left. I cannot say how many times she saved me from guests seeing a mess. Margery has been cleaning my home or my rental property for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed in the job she has done. Often she will go above and beyond(ex; dealing with renter messes) She is a pleasure to work with and adjusting to different situations. I have trusted her with my homes when I am many miles away. I could not recommend anyone better to trust your home with. Five stars for sure.

I worked with the owners of this company when they were located in Naples FL. Margery assisted me with my small seasonal apartment for many years always doing a great job with the cleaning, notifying me of any problems and managing to always have the apartment ready even with back to back clients. I would highly recommend this service for their professionalism and work ethic plus they're just very nice people!
