Jen came to our house to give us tips to stage the house before putting it on the market. She spent two hours looking at every room and gave us a 10 page report on exactly what to do, what to take out, what to move, what to add, etc. We followed what she said and house now looks like snidely home. Her tips were amazing and great value for what we paid her. 100% recommend her!

Jen was FANTASTIC! Jen recommended paint colors (because I am color illiterate!) for painting our kitchen cabinets and entire interior of our home. She immediately picked up on our style. She not only recommended paint color, but we also discussed backsplash, lighting, window coverings, kitchen table, etc. She had 12x12 paint board samples sent directly to our home is short-order. Jen set up a Pintrest board for us and pinned most of her recommendations and our ideas. She gave a few ideas that are totally out of my comfort zone, one of which I have done (painted my fireplace) and another I am going to do! She asked I send pics once all is complete and I can't wait to share with her. I highly recommend Jen and wouldn't hesitate to call on her services in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client has a unique story and needs. Denim & Duke caters to each project. I work with your budget. Please contact me for your specific job for a free phone interview.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free phone interview to get a good grasp of my client's needs/wants for their project. Then I do a thorough walk & talk consultation with my client, listening to their concerns or wishes for their spaces. My client will have a comprehensive written Styling/Staging Report and Design Board at the end of the consultation to which they may DIY or I will return upon request to create a half or full day staging/styling. I also offer personal shopping and Color Consultations as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Kansas. I am ASHSR (American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners) also HSR (Professional Home Stager & Redesigner) along with CCE (Certified Color Expert) certified and Professional.
