- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposit required to secure appt. 14 day cancellation policy. Must notify within 14 days of scheduled appointment to cancel booking . $50 deposit is non-refundable. We charge a standard and competitive rate for our area. Early morning before 8am charges do apply . Trials for hair and makeup are 1.5 hours each starting at $150. Hair extension add-ins are also additional. We do offer package discounts for 4 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Thorough Consultation Create Head Sheet and Face Sheet Profile with the clients preferences and customer features. 2. Trial Sessions Hair Trial Session is 1.5 Hours Make Up Trial is 1.5 Hours 3. Review Overall Look and Satisfaction -Create planning and service details. Location , setup expectations and preparation. 4. Day of the event ensure the clients desired look is achieved
