- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Poseidon Plumbing is a company that limits the overhead so that consumers can get a great price, great products, also with excellent warranties. Our pricing is very competitive and on the lower end of the spectrum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always address the emergency first, if there is one, by isolating the problem, then go over the problem and the pricing for the solution. If it is just a regular service call, we always call in advance to notify our customers that a technician is in route. We go over the problem or project with the customer, ask the client many questions, likes, and dislikes, then come up with the proper resolution with the right product that will service the home and the client. We always triple-check our work that we completed, and we will show off our work to the client and answer any questions at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years, always trying to improve my knowledge. From new industrial and commercial to service plumbing, my favorite. I have also run a few larger companies as a service manager here in Colorado. I hold a current state master plumbers license and a plumbing contractor license.
