Jorge came and took a look at the system and explained to me everything they needed to do (this the other people who charged me for the call did NOT do). When the job was done and they left; (an hour or so after) - I noticed water flowing out of the sprinkler system-box, I called them and they came back in a day or so and shut the valve that had been left open either by me (or them) - no charge for this either. I found them very responsive and professional; I will try and contact them for the winterization also this October.
