Chad contacted me almost immediately after I messaged him about a few repairs I needed done around the house. We scheduled with ease, he even checked in that morning before the appointment to confirm, and was exactly on time. I was already impressed! He completed the repairs in much less time than I’d expected and was by far less expensive than I’d guessed. These repairs were fixes from previous people I’d hired who charged far more and left the work unsatisfactory (and unsafe in one instance). I’m saving Choice Home Services contact info for future household needs, since this was the least stressful hiring experience I’ve had for a while since moving to the Aurora area.

Chad got here quickly and assessed my needs. Also said hey your dishwasher is under warranty and routed me to them to fix for free -- looking out for me! He also was skilled and did not just do the job which was swapping out some electrical plates -- he shaved them down to fit right! They look great! I will hire him again!!! Honest, great skills!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Cheaper isn’t always better. You get what you pay for. I would recommend hiring on someone that is insured and knows what they are doing. There are so many fly by night handymen and contractors out there that don’t do a good job or screw over their customer. I’ve had to “clean up” after quite a few of them.
