Carlos was great to work with and very professional. He cleaned my fireplace and chimney and repaired part of the chimney. He showed me photos of what the repairs would be. I have him coming back for another repair he needs materials for before the snow starts and trust his input on what to do to avoid moisture damage. Definitely recommend!

I had been told by other companies that the issue with my fireplace was that the blower was broken. Everyone wanted to charge upwards of $300 for the visit fee only. Carlos quoted me a much lower visit rate and instead of just replacing the blower he checked everything and it turned out to be just the thermostat that needed to be replaced. It was a less cost the expense than what we had anticipated. He could have just overcharged me and we would not have known the difference. But he was honest, professional and thorough. We were very pleased with his with him and with his company. We highly recommend him to anyone.
