- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call is always waived with a repair done by us and our pricing is very competitive. Each repair is priced according to the appliance blue book that has a set industry standard price for every appliance and repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is treated with the utmost care and we take all repairs seriously no matter the size. We take pride in how fast each job is able to get diagnosed and completed.
