- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is relative to what a new client is looking to experience. Of course, there is a significant price difference per person between a five course dinner with wine pairings and a family-style pasta dinner. Traditionally, our business has been mostly folks wanting to enhance a vacation, we do offer a 5% discount for Summit locals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love going through the menu planning process with new clients. Typically, we get a bit of information about the diners, allergies/dietary requirements, likes/dislikes, occasion etc. and then we will propose a few appropriate menu ideas. It usually takes a few tosses back and forth before we come up with the perfectly unique menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have both been working as chefs for more than 25 years. Since 2011 we have been working in Summit County. Prior to that we traveled year-round working at major sporting events for the PGA, USTA, Nascar, and NTRA Triple Crown Races.
