After four decades in the industry my passion for inspiring change in my clients is greater than ever because what I do works. Corrective and Functional Strength addresses overall function and alignment which fosters success in everything we do. My experience pays off for you. Specific challenge areas unique to your body, like glute strength and or trimming down the thighs or building up your arms or chest or improved cardio capacity may be important to you. Often clients need support getting back after an injury or illness or help with athletic performance. The more mature, which I work with well, has specific needs which we address. Your commitment pays off. TRX (suspension training), free weights, cables machines, Pilates and HIIT training are just some of the tools utilized in workouts. For virtual workouts we use body weight exercises, the stairs, furniture and walls and paper plates for sliders, there are numerous other ways to make home workouts effective with little equipment. If you need help with purchasing equipment I can help you. I am skilled with back and joint issues and, address posture and the body from the ground up, the foot posture. This makes every exercise done even more effective throughout the entire body. Runners, hikers, bikers and athletes benefit from the specific foot focused conditioning. As a Purium Health Coach I can help with detox programs and healthy, lasting lifestyle changes. I stand out because of my versatility, experience, humor and maturity. I've worked thousands of individuals and I'd like to work with you! Introductory Package includes 75 minute Functional Movement Assessment and three private sessions. Single sessions available. Hi, I am a 60 year old woman who broke her back 18 months ago. Colleen has been working with my daughter who has some sensory integration issues and really helped her become more fit and use her body better. Now she has helped me a lot too and I am back on the ski slopes! Colleen is not your usual trainer. She is something special.

As a member of Pura Vida in Cherry Creek I had the opportunity to try a Pilates class. Having never done Pilates I was hesitant to try something that wasn't manly or required the lifting of weights, etc. so with trepidation I signed up for my first Pilates class with Coleen Glenn-Wilson and I have to say it was a life altering experience. Being mid 60's, overweight and a borderline diabetic Colleen was instrumental in improving my health and over the next 3 years I worked with her weekly in private and small classes. It wasn't inexpensive and it was always challenging physically but it was an investment in me. Unfortunately, Colleen now lives and works in Boulder and I live in Castle Rock over 60 miles apart so when she stopped training in Denver I had to find an alternative which was that I bought a Peak Pilates reformer for at home and because she trained me so well I am able to work out on my own and the reformer is a part of my conditioning program. I would whole heartedly recommend Colleen to anyone if they want to have a trainer that cares and will train you in the true Joseph Pilates methods.

I have been working with Colleen as my trainer for a few years now and couldn't be happier. She is so tuned in to when I need to go easy and when I need to push. Colleen is fun and relational and clearly knowledgeable about what keeps a body strong and resilient!

Colleen has helped me understand the root cause of any pain/tightness I experience so I can prevent injuring myself while working out. I’ve gained strength, mobility, and lost weight since I started working with her on my fitness journey in 2018.

You walk across the room and she can describe what is going on with your body. Using her long experience with pilates and functional medicine, she can read the body like a book and knows just what to do to bring about more ease, flexibility and strength.
