Introduction
Thank you for clicking on me and seeing if we are a good fit. If you are seriously considering working with me please send me your email address or a good #. Thank you! My STYLE is very direct, honest and occasionally irreverent. Therapy does not need to take years and laughter can happen. My APPROACH is holistic and intuitive and with a sense of humor and belief that all things are workable. My INTENTION is to help transform intense life experiences into opportunities for insight and healing.  RELATIONSHIPS  Partnership can be a heaven or hell. The distinction really comes down to how we learned to love and how we learned to fight.  I will help you get out of the infinity loop of conflict and build skills that move relationship into deeper connection, intimacy and successful partnership.  INDIVIDUALS  The most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. Beth has opened many doors to my own personal growth. She has enabled me to grow in ways that at one point, I only hoped and dreamed possible. I feel completely at ease to be me, and all of me. She is attuned and depending on what is going on for me, applies a good combination of kindness, directness, empathy, push/challenge, patience, and humor. She sees strengths and blind spots, and helps me to see them and know myself better, in a way that has been very healing and allowed me to be courageous. She gets when I am finally able to hear a message (both positives and growth opportunities) and when I need to hear it multiple times. She artfully delivers it in several different ways, using examples, to maximize my ability to really hear it and let it sink in. Simply put, Beth continues to help me grow into the best person that I can be. What a gift. - c

I have known Beth professionally for 15 years. In that time, I have seen her (as have several of my family members) periodically for help, both personally and in my marriage. She has given me many useful and helpful tools and approaches to help me through particular situations, or to deal with difficult circumstances. I have complete confidence that Beth will keep what I say during our sessions confidential. I trust that she will listen to me without judgement or criticism. She helps me to navigate the challenges in my life, and use them to better myself instead of letting them drag me down. Through my time with Beth, I am able to identify my feelings and emotions, and learn strategies to properly express them. Life can be really hard, messy, and ugly. And we don't always have someone to help us deal with all of it, nor can we always think clearly or remember how to appropriately respond to opposition. I recommend Beth as that someone, whether a person is desperate to improve their life, or desiring to maintain and manage it so it doesn't get worse.

I started meeting with Beth over a year ago, and she is by far the best therapist I have ever worked with. Her range, depth, and versatility are absolutely amazing, and her insights are spot on. Her approach gets right at the heart of the issues and then moves to develop plans to cope and effectively deal with whatever the struggle or challenge. Although I moved away during the time I was working with her, I will definitely not move to another therapist. And so we meet electronically one way or another, and in person when we can. She has also become a valuable advisor to me on various professional issues in the businesses that I own. Beth is a tremendous source of support to me in every aspect of my life and I would give her the absolute highest recommendation.
